A repeat client purchased a demolished roof top with the hopes of rebuilding the space.  The home was developed into a New York City "Ranch House", with its prerequisite yard.The wrap around terrace, long and narrow, was maximized with appropriately scaled exposures, each room having its own relationship with the outdoors. The furnishing were purchased to match the warm and elegant ambiance.
