Our Story

Mario Egozi admired homes and landscapes from when he was a child.  Born in Havana, Cuba, in 1958,  and in business since 1982, his passion for design, color, and space, has developed over the years practicing in both New York and Florida. An Architect, trained in New York City at Pratt Institute, he has built homes and developed properties in the Northeast region of the US, South Florida, and the Caribbean.

Architect, Developer, and Interior Designer, his skill set and multi-disciplinary methodology help the client stay focused and enjoy the process. Mario Egozi enjoys working with the Client for a co-joining of minds .The act of creation is encouraged by the client's ideas and expectations.
